French electronic artist and visionary Michael Canitrot once again fused the worlds of music, culture, and emotion with a genre-defying live show at Parc des Princes, lighting up Paris Saint-Germain’s Ligue 1 title game with a breathtaking audiovisual performance. Now, with eyes set on an even more historic event, Canitrot prepares for his most ambitious Monumental Tour stop yet: Château de Chambord, set for September 19, 2025.
⚽ From Stadium Lights to Castle Walls
Fresh off his acclaimed performance during the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris, Canitrot brought that same epic Monumental Tour energy to PSG’s title celebration. The stadium show featured a cinematic blend of orchestral textures and electronic power, culminating in the premiere of “Le Cœur de Paris”, an original composition crafted specifically for the occasion.
The track featured Grammy-winning opera singer Marina Viotti, whose soaring vocals echoed through the stadium in a stunning fusion of classical and electronic music.
“I wanted to offer a unique show, just like Paris: intense, eclectic and unifying,” said Canitrot.
“Le Cœur de Paris is our way of celebrating this city, this club, and its supporters.”
🏰 A Monumental Vision: Château de Chambord
Now, Canitrot’s celebrated Monumental Tour is set to transform one of France’s most iconic landmarks: the UNESCO-listed Château de Chambord. With its towering Renaissance architecture and storied history, Chambord will become the stage for an immersive audiovisual spectacle unlike anything before.
The 150-meter façade of the château will be lit up with projection-mapped visuals, immersive lighting, and bespoke electronic compositions, as Canitrot performs live in front of thousands. Part of the event’s proceeds will support the restoration of the historic François I wing, reinforcing the project’s cultural preservation mission.
