Solomun, Dom Dolla & Skepta Sound the Alarm With Explosive New Collaboration ‘DANGER DANGER’
Three worlds collide on the dancefloor as Solomun, Dom Dolla, and Skepta join forces for their massive new collaboration, “DANGER DANGER.”
Released October 2 via Three Six Zero Recordings, the single marks the first official collaboration between the three artists, bringing together Solomun’s unmistakable underground sensibilities, Dom Dolla’s modern club firepower, and Skepta’s commanding vocal presence. The result is exactly as dangerous as the title suggests: a gritty, bass-heavy rave weapon designed for peak-time moments.
The timing couldn’t be more fitting either. “DANGER DANGER” arrives just days before Solomun brings another summer on the White Isle to a close with his legendary Solomun +1 finale at Pacha Ibiza.
Three Heavyweights, One Serious Club Weapon
From its opening moments, “DANGER DANGER” makes its intentions clear.
A deep, bouncing bassline sits underneath chunky percussion and sharp rave stabs while Skepta delivers the kind of unmistakably confident vocal performance that has made him one of the defining voices of UK grime.
Instead of simply placing a vocal over a club instrumental, the production feels built around Skepta’s attitude. His delivery adds another layer of tension to an already aggressive record, while Solomun and Dom Dolla leave plenty of space for the track to breathe before sending it crashing back onto the dancefloor.
The bridge pulls back some of that intensity as expanding arpeggios introduce a more atmospheric side to the record. It’s a momentary release of pressure before the bassline returns with even greater impact.
That contrast between spacious melodic passages and raw club energy is arguably what makes “DANGER DANGER” work so well.
This isn’t simply a crossover created by putting three major names on the same record. Each artist brings something immediately recognizable to the equation.
Solomun brings the journey. Dom Dolla brings the bounce. Skepta brings the danger.
Together, they’ve created a record that sounds ready for dark clubs, festival stages, warehouses, and Ibiza at 4 AM.
From Ibiza ID to Official Release
Dancefloors actually heard “DANGER DANGER” before the rest of the world did.
The track was premiered earlier this summer during Dom Dolla’s Hï Ibiza residency, giving clubgoers an early taste of the collaboration before its official October release.
There’s also some history behind the pairing.
Dom Dolla and Solomun have previously stepped behind the decks together during Solomun’s +1 residency in Ibiza, but “DANGER DANGER” takes their relationship from the DJ booth into the studio. For Skepta, meanwhile, the release marks his first official collaboration with either producer.
At 130 BPM, the extended version sits firmly in peak-time territory, balancing house and rave influences without losing the groove at the center of the production.
A Huge Year for Solomun
“DANGER DANGER” adds another major collaboration to what has already been an eventful year for Solomun.
Earlier this summer, he teamed up with Skrillex for “Rumpta,” their first official collaboration. The track had become a fixture in their live sets before finally being released through Solomun’s Diynamic Music on July 1.
The release also arrived during an important milestone for Solomun’s wider musical legacy: 2026 marks 20 years of Diynamic Music, the Hamburg-based label he co-founded and has helped develop into one of electronic music’s most recognizable underground institutions.
Over the past two decades, the Bosnia-born, Hamburg-raised DJ and producer has built a career around refusing to remain confined to one corner of dance music. His marathon sets can move between house, techno, tech-house, forgotten classics, unreleased IDs, and unexpected edits while still maintaining the sense of progression that has become synonymous with a Solomun performance.
That philosophy ultimately became one of the foundations of Solomun +1, his long-running Pacha Ibiza residency, where the concept strips the lineup down to Solomun and one carefully selected guest before often bringing the two together behind the decks.
This year’s guests have included some of electronic music’s biggest names, including Skrillex, Peggy Gou, and Jamie xx.
Dom Dolla’s Rise Shows No Signs of Slowing
Dom Dolla enters the collaboration during an equally significant period in his career.
The Australian producer has evolved from an underground house favorite into one of the biggest names in modern dance music, with records including “Saving Up,” “Rhyme Dust,” “Miracle Maker,” “San Frandisco,” and “girl$” helping define his bass-heavy, instantly recognizable approach to house music.
His 2026 output has continued that momentum with releases including “Don’t Worry Baby” alongside Tiga, his take on Puretone’s “Addicted To Bass,” and a remix of KETTAMA’s “Comes and Goes.”
September also saw Dom return home to Melbourne for a major headline performance at Marvel Stadium, following his Australian stadium debut in Sydney in December 2025 — another indication of just how far dance music’s reach into stadium-scale territory has grown.
Skepta Brings UK Rave Attitude Into the Mix
Then there’s Skepta.
His presence transforms “DANGER DANGER” from a heavyweight DJ collaboration into something considerably more unpredictable.
One of grime’s most influential figures, Skepta has increasingly crossed into electronic music and club culture while maintaining the attitude and vocal identity that made him such an important figure in British music.
On “DANGER DANGER,” that worlds-colliding approach feels completely natural.
His vocals don’t soften the production for a broader audience. They do the opposite — pushing the track deeper into its darker rave identity.
And with Skepta’s own Más Tiempo residency at Hï Ibiza reaching its finale during the same weekend as Solomun’s Pacha closing party, the release feels almost like a final alarm ringing across Ibiza before another summer season comes to an end.
Solomun’s Next Chapter Is Already Taking Shape
Once Ibiza wraps, Solomun won’t be slowing down for long.
His next run takes him through Latin America later in October, with scheduled appearances across Córdoba, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Curitiba, and São Paulo.
From there, Solomun is set to return to the United States for a Hollywood Boulevard performance in Los Angeles on November 27 before heading back to Tulum on January 7, 2027.
For an artist who has spent more than two decades building his reputation around long-form sets and musical journeys, “DANGER DANGER” represents another side of Solomun’s constantly evolving sound.
Pairing his underground instincts with Dom Dolla’s unmistakable groove and Skepta’s raw vocal energy has resulted in one of the more unexpected dance collaborations of the year.
And judging by the way this one is built, we’re expecting to hear that warning siren ringing across dancefloors for quite some time.
